Moving House

My Mum, Brother and Me are moving house, we went to look at a house with three storys, six bedrooms, three bathrooms, one kitchen and one lounge, Lochlan and I really like it.
In the backyard its got some stairs that go’s down to alot of like a jumgle of trees.
On the first two levels their are decks, my Mum likes the house and my stepdad likes it but thinks it can be improved.

This is my artwork for my WIT(wildly important task). My class is doing the wall worthy competition, if I win then i will get to paint my art again on a wall at school.

My message for my art is to look after the earth because if we don't the trees will die and we won't be able to breath because they won't be any oxygen , The title of my artwork is dont ruin the earth.

It was at lunch everything was normal playing at the trees by the pool… then it happened.

SNAP! Went the tree branch as it cut the middle of my chest.

I told Taryn and we went as fast as we could to our teachers, then we went to the sickbay and i got a bandage on my cut, i couldn't move it would hurt to much

After a while I could slowly walk, i went up to class and lay on the couch inside the classroom just waiting for the school day to end.

My new goal that i just got, i just figured out how to do it and now i need a new goal. YAY

My new goal!

My new goal is to Know the number of 10s and 100s in a 4 digit number. I set this goal on the 12/9/17.

Prove it

This is my prove it for my goal ordering fractions. I ordered it from smallest to the biggest. Down the bottom is the mixed fractions and at the top is the ordered fractions.

1/13 is the smallest because it has the smallest piece shaded.

cross country

Cross country

For the cross country i did the fun run with aria. It was two laps of the school. For training i did a partner run, you could either do a run up the hill or the partner run. Last year there wasn't a fun run or a relay, i thought it was good to have a fun run, and a relay race so you got to choose how far you would run. A goal for next year for me will be to run faster. My highlight of the race was that i did better than last year.

I am not sure what place i came.

My kowhaiwhai represents my family.The two red ones are my mum

and dad, and the two purple ones are me and my brother.To make mine I flipped my stencil.For my glitter the colours I used where red, purple and gold.

My class could work on it at maths time because it is symmetry.It was fun making my art.

Newts…

A Newt is an amphibian. An amphibian is an animal that can live in or out of water like for example, a Penguin or Turtle. Newts can come in different colours like orange or green. Newts have the ability to regenerate limbs (to grow a body part back), eyes, spinal cords, hearts, intestines, and upper and lower jaws!
